During my three years as a Senior Designer at TrendyMinds, I was honored to be elected as the lead designer for the Cummins brand, where I became deeply immersed in understanding the brand’s identity, values, and marketing objectives. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the design execution across a wide range of deliverables, ensuring all work adhered to Cummins’ brand standards while also pushing creative boundaries. I provided critical feedback to other designers working on the brand, guiding them to maintain consistency and excellence across all projects. Additionally, I developed and led visual concepts for large-scale marketing efforts, collaborating closely with both the client and fellow designers to ensure creative alignment. My responsibilities extended to designing and developing a diverse array of materials, including print collateral, illustrations, digital assets, conference branding, PowerPoint presentations, animations, and full campaign conception and design. By fostering a culture of creative growth and collaboration, I was able to consistently deliver innovative and impactful design solutions that resonated with Cummins’ audience and advanced their marketing goals.
